Terms governing use of the Datasync Net website and engagement of our accounts payable audit services in Hong Kong.

These Terms govern your use of https://datasync-net.digital and, where applicable, the engagement of Datasync Net for accounts payable audit and related professional services. By using this website or instructing us to begin work, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission services. Entity clients must ensure the person instructing us has authority to bind the organisation.
Services
Descriptions of engagements on this site are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timetable exist only in a written engagement confirmation or letter issued by Datasync Net after your brief. We may decline work that creates a conflict or exceeds our competence.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and graphics are owned by Datasync Net or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written consent. Workpapers and final memos produced under an engagement belong to the client once fees are paid, subject to our right to retain copies for professional and regulatory records.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, timely access to records, and a safe workplace for on-site fieldwork. Delays in document production may extend timelines and, where agreed in the engagement letter, affect fees.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Datasync Net is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For professional services, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law
